We’ve scoured the internet this Monday and found a rare gem. 10 years ago, Taylor Swift was just a normal little girl in Pennsylvania attending middle school and being a practical everyday student.
But every now and then, a class project comes along that will haunt your dreams for years to come… like this video project about tropical smoothies.
Though her appearance in the commercial was brief, you can spot Taylor Swift’s short “one-liner” about 52 seconds in. We give her mad props because she’s Taylor Swift. Not only that, but her delivery is on point. Watch the video below:
Carrie Underwood tops the charts this week with “Something In The Water” bringing her to a record breaking fifteen #1 singles on the Country Music Charts. She is the only female artist to achieve this feat from 1991 to the present, breaking her own Guinness Book Record of ten.
Carrie wrote the song in collaboration with Chris DeStefano and Brett James. It was produced by Mark Bright a long time collaborator. Her Greatest Hits: Decade #1album is set to release December 9.
We can’t wait to get our hands on the new album! Congrats Carrie on your continued success.
Did you know back in Blake Shelton’s early days of recording with Giant Records, he was supposed to cut the song “I Wanna Talk About Me?” The label however agreed that this would not be the appropriate release for a lead-off single.
Instead, the song was given to Toby Keith who took it to the top of the Country Music charts, eventually peaking at #1 later that year. Shelton label however released the single “Austin,” which garnered him a #1 hit for 5 weeks and after Giant Records was dissolved, he was transferred to Warner Bros. Records.
Blake is now the reining CMA Male Vocalist of the year with 13 #1 hit singles and married to Country Music’s leading lady Miranda Lambert. It’s funny how things work out in the end. Do you think Blake could have done a better job that Toby? Leave us a comment!
Blake Shelton‘s has done it again, for the 13th time that is. The reigning CMA Vocalist of the Year scored his 13th consecutive No. 1 single with ‘Neon Light.’
There hasn’t been any other artist with more consecutive No. 1 songs on the Billboard and Mediabase country charts.
“It’s always exciting to have a No. 1 record, and I’m especially proud of this one, because this song blends the current sound on country radio with the traditional feel that I grew up with,” Shelton told The Boot.
Shelton recently released the single, ‘Lonely Tonight,’ which featuring Ashley Monroe.
Congrats Blake Shelton! That’s what we call a Country Boy.
Jason Aldean is following in Taylor Swift’s footsteps. How so? On Monday Jason Aldean’s New Album “Old Boots, New Dirt” was pulled off from Spotify streaming, a move Taylor Swift did with her new release 1989. The Associate Press confirmed via a representative from Aldean’s label, Broken Bow Records, that the album had been removed
The new release has sold more than 467,000 copies and hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Even after three million streams on Spotify, Aldean’s team has pulled the plug. Why are artists starting to remove they’re music from the streaming service?
Music brings people together, and one of the best moments in anyone’s life is meeting one of your favorite artists. That moment was made possible for Theresa Shaw who has been fighting Stage 3 breast cancer.
USA Today says after treatment she attended one of Garth Brook’s concert with her daughter and made a simple sign reading “Chemo this morning, Garth tonight, Enjoying The Dance.”
When Garth saw the sign, he was overcome with emotion. Watch the video below.
Miranda Lambert turns 31 today. It’s amazing to see how far this Texas girl has come since her days on Nashville Star. Let’s take a look back at our favorite Country Girl’s most memorable performances.
